This open level class is suitable for all fitness levels, this class is all about mastering the fundamentals of reformer Pilates (perfect if you’re a newbie or want to perfect your form).
This full body reformer class will guide you through a flowing sequence of exercises designed to build your confidence on the reformer with exercise progressions & modifications provided to suit your level of fitness. We recommend 5 – 10 flow classes before progressing to heat.

Post – natal clients
Once you’ve got the fundamental exercises down pat, it’s time to challenge yourself with our heat class. This strength-based reformer class will get those muscles firing & endorphins flowing. Heat guides you through dynamic flows that will test your balance, coordination & incorporate more challenging repertoire & small props.

Our restore class utilises the reformer to guide you through a series of dynamic & static stretches to improve flexibility & joint mobility. This class is the perfect complement to our flow & heat class making it a must addition to your fitness program.

Enjoy a fully personalised Pilates program that’s designed to motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals. This class uses a range of specialised Pilate’s equipment and allows you to move at your pace whilst being guided and supported by your instructor. This class is suitable for all level movers and can be tailored to accommodate injuries / conditions and pre / post-natal clients.

To join our semi-private studio equipment classes an initial consultation is required to get to know you, your body & your goals. You will be guided through a movement assessment where your strength & flexibility are measured.
