HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR A CLASS?
All classes need to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Our preference is that all bookings are made online via our booking system, booking essentials on the class schedule page. In the event that you are unable to book online please contact the studio on 0412505378 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note our Reception is available during standard office hours. If your preferred class is full you can join our waitlist and you will be notified if a space becomes available. All pricing options can be purchased online or via the studio. Please note credit or debit card payments incur a 1.85% processing fee.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY CLASS?
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to the start time of your class. Please notify the Instructor of any pain or injury you are experiencing. Our Instructors are highly trained and can offer exercise modifications for any pain or injury.
WHAT IF I AM LATE TO A CLASS?
We understand that at times there are circumstances outside of our control that prevent us from getting to class on time. Out of consideration for the Instructor and other clients you may not be able to participate in the class if you are more than 5 minutes late. Our classes are programmed and if you are more than 5 minutes late you may miss the warm up which is an important aspect of the class for your safety.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY CLASS?
If you are not able to attend your scheduled class, please cancel more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled class
time.If you provide less than 12 hours notice a class will be deducted from you class pass pack.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable active wear, not too baggy, our Instructors want to be able to see you are performing the exercises with the best alignment. For hygiene reasons please wear socks to class, grip socks for reformer classes is preferred and we have a range of grip socks available for purchase in the studio.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
If you are participating in Mat Pilates you may like to bring your own mat, we do have a limited number available to use if you forget your mat or you don’t have one. please bring a hand towel and you may like to bring a water bottle, it's important to stay hydrated during and after exercise. We have filtered water and glasses available for your convenience. Please leave valuables at home, we do have cubby holes for your belongings to be kept, please note Connect Pilates Studio does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen belongings. Please switch mobile phones to silent as not to disturb the class.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The studio is located at our home on Acacia Circuit,Yamba the street number is provided on your booking confirmation. Street parking is available, please ensure you are not blocking any driveways out of consideration to our neighbours.
